Our space is exclusively for guests, if they are long stays we can Allow them visitors, who are not allowed on short stays. It is an ideal space for 2 people but it can perfectly sleep 4. Our sofa bed is very comfortable, with a full-size conventional mattress for two people.
Spacious apartment where you will stay floating in the sea, with a beautiful view of the Caribbean Sea from level 17 with everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. A double bed, fully equipped kitchen, spacious bathroom and even a place where you can sit down to work with a view of the sea. The apartment has high-speed Internet for remote work, Smart TV and Satellite. The best thing is that this little oasis is located just 25 minutes from the Las Americas International Airport, and approximately 1 hour from Santo Domingo, Punta Cana and Samana. 15 minutes from Boca Chica and San Pedro de Macorís where you will find large supermarkets for supplies. All local shops and restaurants have delivery service. **This incredible place, as described, can be occupied by two adults + 1 children under 12 years old.**
The apartment is solely for the use of the guests in its entirety, staying with us they will have access to all the facilities of the building. A spectacular infinity pool, a beach almost exclusively for the occupants of the building, very quiet and not very crowded, they also have access to the gym, sauna and Turkish bath, multipurpose court. For massages you can make your reservation at reception for an additional payment independent of the reservation.
