The building is located right in the center of the beach town of Juan Dolio, where the magic happens. Its land use is mixed between residential and commercial. Juan Dolio is characterized by a quiet, relaxed lifestyle, with the fun and excitement characteristic of a beach town, yet very safe, allowing you to feel comfortable walking freely. You won't need a vehicle unless you want to visit another part of the country, and that's Juan Dolio's advantage: all other tourist areas are approximately an hour away by car. Santo Domingo, Las Terrenas, Miches, and Punta Cana are places you can go, visit, and return to your accommodations the same day. You won't need a vehicle to get around town. However, the accommodation is two blocks from the main road for public transportation to Santo Domingo, Boca Chica, San Pedro de Macoris, and other parts of town. We do not recommend using Uber in the area, as drivers charge users an additional fee beyond what they pay for the Uber service. If you need a taxi, you can request one in advance, and we will recommend a reliable taxi.
